She was clear and accurate with what needed to be done, and prompt with responding to questions and concerns. She even got up early in the morning to FaceTime chat while Sophie was away working in Hong Kong. At no stage was there ever a problem with documents or planning, and we both found Pam to be warm and friendly. With her ever-calm nature and willingness to be flexible, Pam was even gracious enough to wait for us, when on the day, we had some transport problems that meant the wedding started late.
